Building the Foundation

  • NMLS-approved webinars with course provider, OnCourse Learning

  • Small group discussions (Live Course only)

  • Tutoring

WEEKS 3-4

Study and Take the Test

  • Review materials from Weeks 1 & 2

  • Take practice tests

  • Take the proctor-supervised SAFE MLO test in-person during scheduled time

On-Site Skills Development

  • 3-day Success Track class at UWM headquarters in Pontiac, Michigan

  • Role-playing, mock phone calls and networking with loan originators from across the country
